Rental Fees 2012 - 13

All prices are per week, are quoted in £ (GB Pounds), and are for the lodge, NOT per person.

The balance becomes payable 60 days before your visit.
Please note that a deposit of one third of the total fee is required in advance to be sure the lodge is yours when you want it.

Just before your visit, we’ll send you directions - and details of everything you need to know about the practical use of the lodge - keys, water-softener operation, location of the fuse box etc.

Short Breaks

A 2 or 3 night stay in the low season is calculated at 2/3rds of the Per Week price, so £233 Sept – June.
During the high seasons: Christmas and New Year, Easter and July and August inclusive, short breaks are charged at the weekly rate.

Last Minute Bookings

Bookings can change, so if the lodge is free and we’re not using it, then all things are possible. Just ask.

Services and Laundry

With a mind to keeping the cost of renting the lodge as low as possible, we do not provide a maid service. This means that should you be staying more than one week, any changes of bed linen and rubbish disposal will be up to you. A full change of bed linen for both bedrooms is stored in the bedroom dressers at all times, and a washing machine and drying rails are also provided, so any laundry can be done at your discretion.

Arrival & Departure Times

Arrival Time is from 2.00pm on the first day of your rental.
Departure Time is 11.00am on the last day of your rental.

If you need to change these timings, let us know and we’ll see what we can do for you.

The lodge is thoroughly cleaned between each rental, but because this is our home too and because there is sometimes a very quick change-over period during busy times, we’d really appreciate your help by leaving the lodge as clean and tidy as possible.
